Have you bought an SLR camera and find it hard to understand all the settings? Do you leave your camera on auto mode?
This practical course is designed to help you see things in a creative light and learn how to capture them in camera. You will be taught about composing an image, lighting and lots lots more. You will taken on an adventure through the streets of Melbourne by foot and tram while snapping many of Melbourne's most photogenic spots.
Using professional knowledge and experience your teacher will guide you through the more confusing aspects of manual photography.
Over two 5 hour sessions you will learn to understand your cameras manual settings and conquer your photographic challenges with confidence. It's all very simple when you know how to do it and when you learn how, spectacular images are made.
Classes are small with a maximum of 6 students, so every students gets lots of one on one help. It runs over two 5 hour sessions on Saturdays. The first session starts in the afternoon and includes a night shoot ( exact times vary depending on the time the sun sets ) The second session starts at 9am finishing at 2pm.
You will gain the confidence to take photographs using your manual settings and never look back!
