Terms & Conditions (Attendance Based Courses)

Definitions These terms and conditions apply to bookings made for any attendance-based course via the Photography-Courses.com.au website ("this website"), by or for one or more persons ("the student"). This website is owned and operated by Boxed Search Services (ABN 67 823 720 063) ("the owner") in Australia. All attendance-based courses advertised on this website are provided by third-party educators (individually referred to as "the school").

Cancellation by the student Once a booking has been confirmed with the school it cannot be cancelled. You may be able to negotiate with the school to attend an alternative date or course they offer. It may also be possible for the booking to be filled by a substitute, subject to confirmation by the school.

Cancellation requests received by this website prior to booking confirmation with the school are normally accepted and a full refund offered.

No refunds will be offered in the event that the student is unable to attend a confirmed booking.

Cancellation by school In the event that it is necessary for the school to cancel a course, for whatever reason, you will be instructed by the school directly. In the event that your selected date is unavailable at the time of booking you will be contacted by Photography-Courses.com.au. In either case, you will be offered an alternative date, or full refund.

Advertised prices The prices shown on this website are per person, unless otherwise stated, inclusive of GST, and subject to change without notice. Booking a course on this website is considered an offer made by the student to purchase the services of the school, subject to these terms and conditions.

Warranty & liability Information on this website relating to course content, duration, scheduling and all other details is provided by the school. The owner accepts no responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided; neither does the owner warrant the suitability of any course to your specific needs. No guarantees are made as to the availability of the courses shown, or to the course outcomes, where stated or inferred.

The owner shall not be liable for any inconvenience, howsoever caused, or expense incurred by the use of information provided on this site. The owner disclaims all liability for any errors or inaccuracies in the information supplied by the school. The owner will not be liable for damages, whether direct, indirect, consequential or incidental, including but not limited to loss of profits or savings or damages. The owner does not endorse or recommend any course by its inclusion on this website.

Changes to terms & conditions The owner reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time.

Student reviews As part of the service to its students, this website invites reviews from students on completion of their course. This information may be displayed on this website to aid evaluation and choice of courses by others. The owner is not responsible for the content of these reviews, nor warrants their accuracy.

Privacy As part of the booking process, the student will be required to provide certain personal information. This information will not be shared with third parties, other than to the extent required to confirm the booking with the school.
